EAMCET
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR EAMCET – 2001
.
The application for EAMCET – 2001 should be complete in all respects before
submission to the Convener.
(A)
Five recently taken Black and White Passport size (4 cm x 5 cm) photographs of the
applicant, are to affixed, one each on
(i) Entrance test application
(ii) Summary Sheet
(iii) Admission Application
(iv) Two black and white (4cm x 5cm) photos on a separate sheet for issue of
computerized Hall Tickets, in space provided for the purpose. All these photographs must
be identical and two of them (Test Application and admission application) must be attested
by the Principal of the Institution last studied with the signature of the Principal and
his official seal across the photographs. The signature of the applicant on the EAMCET
– 2001 application form must be attested by the Principal of the institution last
studied. The principal should also certify on the application forms, the appearance at, or
the passing of the qualifying examination (with Hall Ticket Number) by the applicant.
(B)
The filled in application forms with enclosures, arranged in the order of the check-list
for the entrance test be submitted preferably in person at the Venue of one Regional
Centre, only as mentioned above (VIII), where the candidate desires to take entrance test
and obtain the acknowledgement card with Registration No. or by Registered post
To The Convener, EAMCET – 2001,
J.N.T. University, Mahaveer Marg, Masab Tank,
Hyderabad – 500 028 on or before 5,00 p.m. on 19.03.2001.
Candidates sending their application by post, should indicate the Code No. of the Regional
Centre and Engg. / Med. or both, on the envelope.
(C)
The candidates are advised to preserve the acknowledgement card. For future
correspondence, quote the Registration No. for any information.
(D)
The candidates are advised to collect the Hall-Tickets at their respective Venue of the
Regional Centres by showing the acknowledgement card .
(E)
The appearance and qualifying at EAMCET – 2001 does not entitle the candidates to be
considered for admission automatically to any college or institution.The entrance test will be held at the above Regional Centres.
Note: The Convener reserves the right to add or delete some centres from the list
of Regional Centres notified and allot the candidates accordingly. |
