One of the most important rules to be followed is not to have a marshy land across the maindoorway of the house. Honing such a marshy land across the maindoorway will lead its resident to rain. Allowing the drainage water to flow across the house will lead the resident to poverty. If an assemblage of people is forward talking infront of the house, or if a well is located in front of the house the residents of such a house will suffer from incurable diseases like epilepsy. It is not agreeable to the lady of the house which has a temple n front of it. Similarly, it is not agreeable to the lady of the house which has a pillar or a tree standing in front of the house.

As per the rules enunciated by the architect Maya, it is stated that a flow found in the wood used for the main doorway will give miseus to the son, blasphemy of the doorway will give miseus to the tripe of the resident and any flow in the verticality of the main doorway will give misers to the head of the family.
